Starting at early age James was always involved in the trade and started his experience working mainly in the kitchen joinery soon after moving into building. It was here that he had the opportunity to do a lot of the old handmade workmanship that is not currently done today, which has resulted in a lot of knowledge and experience.

Austin takes his role at JVL Builders seriously. He's on site every day keeping an eye on everything going on. He may take regular power nap breaks and his lack of opposable thumbs does prevent him from picking up the tools to help out but Austin believes behind every great project is a great supervisor.
